The experience

The package includes the entry ticket, an audio guide with device in Italian, English, French, German or Spanish, a map and office assistance. The price starts from $41 per person and the ticket is valid for one day. According to the listing, the device is the only one officially authorised by the Archaeological Park for tour operators.

For comparison: the official Pompei Express costs €20 in 2026 and the official audio guide can be rented at the entrances for €9 (source for the ticket: Park's Hours and Prices page; for the audio guide: Park's services page). The official ticket is named and non-refundable; this booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before.

The voucher is exchanged at the operator's office, in Via Villa dei Misteri 1, on the first floor of the Circumvesuviana station. From there, the entrance at Porta Marina Inferiore, in Piazza Esedra, is a few hundred meters away. The device must be returned before the office closes.
