About us

PompeiiTicket.it is an independent guide to the excavations of Pompeii: the official ticket, free days, opening hours, entry rules, what to see and the tours for sale on GetYourGuide, compared side by side. We are not the Archaeological Park of Pompeii, the Italian Ministry of Culture, Vivaticket, a tour operator or GetYourGuide. The site name describes the subject, not an entity. Official information is on the Park's website.

Prices, hours and rules come from the official pages of the Archaeological Park of Pompeii, its access regulations and the Italian Ministry of Culture; history from encyclopaedic sources; tour details from the operator cards on GetYourGuide, including reviews. Prices and hours change: if a card and this page do not match, the card at the time of payment prevails.

The site is funded by affiliate commissions: if you book via a GetYourGuide link on these pages, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Details are on our affiliate links page.
